The aviation manufacturing industry is an exciting one that is growing rapidly and requires specialist skills and knowledge. The programme will hone and enhance your managerial skills with emphasis on the various techniques this industry utilises.
The PG Dip will disrupt and extend delegates' world view and shift their learning application from an undergraduate to a postgraduate. Delegates will have the opportunity to network with other delegates in organisations facing similar management issues and opportunities.
Who is the PG Dip for?
This programme is for middle to senior managers with 3 or more years management experience with a NQF level 7 qualification (Bachelor degree preferably a BCom or BSc Engineering or Aeronautical Engineering.
This programme is accredited by the CHE at a NQF level 8 and will enable successful graduates to proceed to a NQF level 9 qualification such as the Henley MBA.
Duration & Structure
PG Dip runs over 10-12 months, part-time. Total attendance is 21 days in 5 modules which may include some Saturdays.
The content is woven into a systems thinking framework which incorporates action learning. The themes covered are those that middle to senior managers are expected to master whilst the personal mastery component enables delegates to understand themselves and others better.

You will need a Bachelor degree or advanced diploma (NQF level 7.) Recognition of prior learning (RPL) can be applied in some cases.
