Our Flexible Executive MBA delivers a blend of face-to-face workshops and a virtual learning environment that allows you to work full-time while developing your personal and professional skills.
When you choose to do an MBA through Henley Business School Africa, you’re making a choice that will change your life. Amongst the most respected MBAs in the world, the Henley MBA is an intense and richly rewarding experience that will help you fulfil all your potential and enjoy tangible success in life.
The Henley MBA is triple-accredited by the Association of MBAs (AMBA) in the United Kingdom, the European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS) and the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) in the USA, along with being fully accredited by the Higher Education Quality Committee (HEQC) of the Council on Higher Education in South Africa.
Designed with the needs of experienced managers in mind, the two and a half year Henley MBA by Flexible Learning is a part-time programme delivered through a blend of face-to-face workshops, peer group learning team activities and on- and off-line individual and group self-study programmes.
You will share and learn from the experiences of fellow members of your MBA team hailing from a wide variety of managerial backgrounds. From day one you will learn to apply established management competencies in specific business environments to the unique facets of your own organisation, ensuring that you have every opportunity to apply your learnings to your own working environment and business context.
Restricted to managers with at least three years of management experience, the Henley MBA will enable you to develop a strategic, holistic and integrated perspective of business, organisations and management. It will allow you to integrate theory and practice through an approach that combines academic rigour with practitioner relevance. And it will provide you with opportunities to support your personal development of management capability, giving you the ability to work in and to lead teams in a wide variety of business situations.
To join the Henley MBA programme you will need:
- a Honours degree or Postgraduate Diploma with a minimum of 3 years management experience (CHE requirement)
- Competency in English
