Welcome to a truly global business school with uniquely African energy.

Henley Business School Africa is an African business school accredited by the Council on Higher Education in South Africa and registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training as a private higher education provider. We are also the only international business school in South Africa that has triple accreditation status from the foremost accreditation bodies in the United Kingdom, Europe and the USA.

Because of affiliations with Henley Business School in the UK (the oldest business school in Europe) and the University of Reading in the UK we provide an unique blend of the best of international scholarship with the best of African understanding.

We have a range of South African qualifications from entry level managers programmes at NQF level 5 through to Masters of Business administration at NQF level 9. Our MBA is also a full international qualification accredited in the UK.

Which means you can rely on our reputation for delivering world-class business-focused education that is applicable and relevant both in Africa and across the globe. We are proud of our “can-do” spirit, our optimism and our passion for developing leaders who can – and do – make a real and tangible difference. We believe in building the people who build the businesses that build and grow a strong Africa, and by extension a better world for all.

Unlike many other business schools that offer a linear experience that force-feeds theory to students, Henley Business School offers a holistic learning system.

By blending theory with practice, our holistic learning system means you can look forward to a business education that provides you with insightful business acumen, the ability to both master yourself and lead and manage others, and exceptionally relevant and practical theory that is tried and trusted in practice in your own workplace.

Having grown by over 700% in the last six years and transformed from 30% to 64% black students on the MBA and 20% to 68% black members of staff, with extensive involvement in South African development of NGOs and scholarships through our MBAid programme, we are deeply committed to African transformation.
