Henley’s RISE! Programme is an Advanced Certificate in Management Practice at NQF LEVEL 6. It will give you a new perspective on your strategic role in the workplace. Power up your capabilities

RISE! is an NQF level 6, CHE-accredited qualification comprising five learning blocks delivered over a 12 months. The course is underpinned by a systems-focused framework that allows you to master complex topics such as strategy, diversity and inclusion and builds your understanding of the business ecosystem. You’ll gain insight into how businesses operate and be able to identify both red flags and opportunities while developing the skills needed to manage operations and teams optimally.

All assessments are project-based and relate directly to your role within your organisation. In this way, learning is sustained, and you continue to grow beyond the life of the programme as you apply the tools and models that you have learned.

The themes covered are those that middle to senior managers are expected to master, while the personal mastery component of the course enables students to understand themselves and others better.

An NQF level 5 qualification or equivalent
A minimum of two years’ management experience

Don’t have an NQF level 5 certification or equivalent? If you have a minimum of five years’ working experience, we will consider your application on the grounds of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).

Certified copy of your National Senior Certificate
A certified copy of the full academic record of NQF level 5 qualification
