This is the most life-changing module for most participants. You will travel to Cape Town to help a start-up or NGO understand and improve its key stakeholder relationships. You will oversee this project from start to finish, and see the real-life impact of its implementation.

Personal Development - Stage 2

In this stage, you will examine closely your perception of work and career, and developing the relationships that help you understand your context as a manager.
