The PGDip is an NQF Level 8 qualification accredited by the CHE, and serves as a vital milestone in your management career path. The programme is for middle to senior managers with three or more years of management experience who are ready to move into a more authoritative role and imagine new futures for themselves and their organisation.
Management experience applies to any of your current or previous role(s) that include making decisions that impact daily operations, and coordinating and influencing team members. This can also extend to a responsibility to meet financial targets, and structuring your own work tasks to solve problems and deliver results.

Programme information
To join the Postgraduate Diploma in Management Practice programme you will need:
- Three years’ management experience.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent NQF level 7 qualification
- Evidence of competence in English – English language requirements (PDF), and
- You must be able to gain access to company data for assignment purposes.
