SOAR! is an NQF Level 7 accredited qualification comprising five learning blocks delivered over 12 months. Our learning approach is embedded in a systems-thinking framework that empowers you to expand your understanding of the business world, your role in it, and its contribution to society.

All assessments are project-based and relate directly to your role within the organisation. In this way, your work environment becomes a learning laboratory where you grow with your peers as you apply theory to practice relevant to your own career context.

Admission requirements

An NQF level 6 qualification or equivalent
A minimum of three years' management experience

Don't have an NQF level 6 certification or equivalent? If you have a minimum of five years' working experience, we will consider your application on the grounds of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

A certified copy of a South African Identity Document
Certified copy of your National Senior Certificate
A certified copy of the full academic record of NQF level 6 qualification
